This Privacy Policy applies to the Manuvo application (“Application”)
for mobile devices, provided by S Code Factory e.U. (“Service Provider”)
as a commercial service.

The Application is designed so that no personal data is collected automatically. The Application does not use tracking technologies, analytics services, advertising SDKs or cloud-based data processing.
The Application only processes data that is explicitly entered by the user, such as:
All data is stored locally on the user’s device. The Service Provider has no access to this data.
The Application does not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, usage statistics, or location data.
The Application does not collect precise or approximate location information.
No data is shared with third parties. No personal or anonymized data is transmitted to external services.
If the Application provides export or backup features (e.g. PDF export or backup files), these actions are performed only at the user’s request. The user decides independently where such files are stored or shared.
All data remains on the user’s device and can be deleted at any time by the user or by uninstalling the Application. Since no server-side storage exists, the Service Provider cannot access or delete user data.
Because all data is stored locally, data protection depends primarily on the security of the user’s device (e.g. device lock, operating system updates).
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
